We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council as a Housing Investment and Ownership Officer. The role: We are looking for an individual who can provide support and assistance to the Housing Investment Team to ensure the successful delivery the Council’s Housing Investment Programme. To carry out detailed research and data collection to inform and support the appraisal of potential development and re-development opportunities. You will be the primary contact for East Suffolk Council shared ownership and First Homes and undertake administrative duties to aid the team in meeting the housing investment and delivery targets. What you will need: You will have experience in working to agreed targets and deadlines and experience of dealing with internal and external partners. Have excellent communication skills, including highly developed oral and written communication, as well as presentational skills You will be educated to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) or relevant knowledge and experience and be commitment to your own development.
