My Client based Bangor, Co Down require a Finance Assistant/ Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary basis
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
* To manage the processing and reporting of income invoicing, including managing and chasing debtors, dealing with queries from Clients
* To invoice room rental, strips etc, including managing and chasing debtors and dealing with queries from Clients
* To manage the process of reconciliation and banking of all cash collected
* To prepare and post all financial system entries relating to bank and sales ledger (fee income) transactions;
* To complete monthly nominal ledger reconciliations;
* To prepare and retain analyses of costs and other financial records in accordance with DE, HMRC and audit requirements, for example school meals.
Essential Criteria
* A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a similar role (within the last 5 years);
* Experience in the use of accounting software systems
* Excellent ICT knowledge (word processing and spreadsheets).
* A booking keeping qualification would be desirable.

* Good interpersonal skills, specifically in dealing with general public and other members of staff
* A strong sense of confidentiality
20 - 36.25hrs per week start and finish times can be flexible within core hours 8.30am - 4.30pm
£12.50 - £14 per hour depending on experience
