The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients on data coverage and product innovation, provide support to analytics libraries, and enhance market data and reference data capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of the Fixed Income industry, electronic trading platforms, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should possess strong technical skills, including programming and database management, along with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different business functions. What You Will Be Responsible For Maintain and improve market data for bonds and futures, including integration of additional data providers. Enhance in-house analytics for bonds, futures, interest rate swaps, and FX options. Interact with data providers to address discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations while adhering to best practices. Develop strong relationships and communication channels with local and global teams. Foster a culture of “Risk Excellence”, promoting openness, constructive challenges, and accountability. Encourage ownership of tasks to enhance individual accountability and performance. Education & Preferred Qualifications Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Fixed Income markets, trade technology, and analytics. Proficiency in programming languages such as Julia, VBA, or similar. Experience in database management (Postgres, SQL) and writing optimized queries. Familiarity with modern yield curve construction and funding curves (bonus). Experience in developing high-quality C libraries from scratch (bonus). Industry & Compliance Knowledge Experience in electronic trading platforms and Fixed Income markets. Understanding of Best Execution requirements, including MiFID II and ASIC regulations. Strong awareness of US, EMEA, and APAC regulations and their business impact. Ability to interpret and manage budgets, identifying financial risks and opportunities. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with senior business leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Experience managing multiple initiatives with a focus on detail and execution. Ability to drive organizational change and promote a culture of risk excellence.
