Assistant Restaurant Manager - Luxury Hotel & Restaurant - 12m Month Fixed Term Maternity Cover
Our client in the Newmarket is recruiting a hands on Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager for their luxury hotel. This is a 12 month fixed term contract as it will be maternity cover. The Hotel has a fine dining restaurant as well as bar/lounge, afternoon teas and weddings/functions. The role is 45 hours per week working shifts including weekends.

* Experience of AA Rosette standards and 4* hotel market
* Energetic and a team leader
* Outstanding trainer and coach
* Good wine and spirit knowledge
