What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at Haybrook Estate Agents in Sheffield
* Managing a team of property managers at our Lettings office in Sheffield.
* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
* Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
* Conducting property inspections.
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals.
* Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties.
* Handling deposit returns.
* Resolving rental arrears.
* Processing eviction requests.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
