Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the remote software and content deployments team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Acts as a management escalation point for the team. Manage and maintain infrastructure as a liaison between third-party vendors and internal teams. Integrating responsibility and knowledge between different internal organizations under the lead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, IT, product, and security) acting as a subject matter expert to streamline operations and implement deployment best practices. Plan and manage related budgets, resources, and infrastructure. Support our high-availability targets by providing efficient and interrupted software deployment services. Manage key business relationships with clients & stakeholders. Manage integration and onboarding of remote software management tools. Create and implement technical instructions and processes for the software deployment team, ensuring process documentation is continually updated to reflect changes and best practices. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical issues in production. Provide regular operational reporting of key performance indicators to senior management. Seek for automation of existing manual deployment processes wherever possible. Drive to continuous improvement initiatives as directed by management. Implement and own KPIs, create dashboards and reports to track performance. Create and distribute custom reporting to upper management and executives. This includes, but is not limited to, Deployment Distribution Notices, Daily Progress, and Release details for internal and/or external stakeholders. Unify redundant tools and processes to gain efficiencies across the board. Provide efficient productivity and superior quality service while working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure the tools and processes used by the team are following corporate and industry standards. Providing motivational & effective leadership to team, empowering them to achieve company & personal objectives. Drive the culture of continuous improvement and foster collaboration across teams. Required Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 5 years previous IT support experience required. 3 years of leadership or managerial experience in software support, DevOps or operations-focused role. Must have 3 years of experience in the ATM field. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems required. High proficiency in MS Office required. Familiarity with scripting languages (Batch, Python or similar) for automation. Strong understanding of networking, monitoring, and log management tools (Splunk or similar). Excel knowledge to include advanced formula composition. Demonstrated negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Proven independent decision-making in complex situations. Knowledge of database trouble ticket systems. Working knowledge of all facets of ATM communications. IE: TCP/IP, Dial, Lease Line, preferred. Ability to effectively manage multiple complex tasks in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
