What skills and experience we're looking for
• Experience delivering age-appropriate physical education programs for primary school children;
• Demonstrated success in fostering physical literacy, health, and well-being in young children;
• Experience assisting in the organisation and management of school sports events, such as inter-school competitions and after-school clubs;
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff to enhance the delivery of physical education;
• Experience creating inclusive physical activities that cater to children of varying abilities, including those with special educational needs;
• Strong understanding of child safeguarding practices;
• Enthusiasm for promoting an active lifestyle and sports participation among children;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff;
• Positive references from previous coaching or related roles.
