The role is diverse, with responsibilities including attending and managing highly confidential meetings, assisting with ad hoc projects, and providing essential administrative support to top-level executives. This firm are open to considering part time candidates for this position (between 3-5 days a week).
Key responsibilities:
* Meeting Coordination: Responsible for preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and updating non-attendees on key discussions. Additionally, tracking action items to ensure timely completion. Creating comprehensive meeting packs by gathering necessary materials from contributors and ensuring everything is submitted and published on schedule.
* Ensuring any relevant documents are filed and accessible to groups and committees
* Maintaining the firms planner for key events
* Drafting and preparing firm wide communications and notices
* Supporting on ad hoc projects
* Diary management and meeting organisation
* Preparation of presentations and emails
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience supporting at management level within a law firm.
