About the Team: Client Solutions Managers connect key stakeholders, providing inspiration and insights, driving collaboration that translates into long-term client partnerships and growth. We manage day-to-day relationships and ensure the success of advertiser investments, proactively advising clients on opportunities and solutions.
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated graduate to help scale our advertising business. This role involves working with sales, product, and business partners to analyze and improve advertisers’ performance on TikTok, supporting their marketing initiatives. You will utilize our unique data to provide high-quality, actionable insights and recommendations for improving advertiser campaigns and unlocking business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with internal partners and complete online training to build knowledge of TikTok’s advertising proposition.
2. Support the sales team by building pitches that leverage data insights and creative thinking.
3. Deliver campaign reports, both in-person and virtually, across a wide range of clients to improve performance and scale future revenue commitments.
4. Collaborate with other departments to stay updated on platform and product developments to relay to the sales team.
5. Assist with project planning, tracking progress, and completing administrative tasks, such as documentation, meeting coordination, and maintaining data hygiene.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025 and available to start in May 2025.
