My client is an established, Midlands based, high growth, international B2B SaaS business that provides mobility optimization software/hardware solutions that helps with location management of vehicles and operating efficiencies. With a firm focus on delivery and customer service, they power some of the largest block parking operations in the UK, with footprints also in Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, handling 5m car movements per year with more than 3k employees using their platform daily.
As a result of recently merging with two businesses/platforms that predominantly serve the same niche market and customer base, the combined businesses provide a unique and valuable turnkey solution to operators globally. Each of the platforms are autonomous, delivering mission-critical tech across the globe.
With a firm focus on unlocking the growth potential of the combined platforms, the business wishes to appoint an experienced product marketing leader to support and align the businesses under a common Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring that the target audience not only discovers the product but also comprehends its value and relevance to their operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will represent all facets of the business and collaborate closely with business GMs, the parent company and their in-house creative team. You will take the lead on owning the GTM strategy, planning and execution and stimulate demand for their combined platform offering across a niche sector. You will hone their positioning and messaging for their various customer segments and your expertise in B2B marketing will help them effectively promote their value proposition and brand in the sector; from capacity creation and yield optimisation to improved customer throughput. Your goal will be to drive higher up-front product adoption, more long-term revenue, and a product that stands out miles above the competition.
This would suit an ambitious and driven individual with a proven track record in delivering successful GTM strategies for various customer segments. An accomplished creative and strategic thinker, you will value a data-driven approach to marketing with experience in transforming knowledge into actionable insights that drive growth and improve customer engagement.
Additionally, you will be experienced in producing engaging content across multiple formats and platforms, and demonstrate collaborative working with the wider business to align with growth goals. You will demonstrate highly effective leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing initiatives in a b2b environment.

The optimisation software that sits at the heart of the combined platforms, which makes best fit decisions on when / where to move vehicles in order to reduce movement time and increase site utilisation, has recently gone through a significant update with the next planned release utilising AI and ML capabilities.
