St Luke's Cancer Centre is the specialist outpatient cancer unit based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital. Established in 1996 and serving a population of approximately 1.2 million across Surrey and West Sussex, it is highly regarded for the excellent care it provides and for its work with the University of Surrey and major pharmaceutical companies in conducting vital research to support the development of new cancer treatments.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) Nurse on Chilworth Day Unit. This is an exciting and busy unit treating up to 130 patients a day with Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy and supportive Cancer treatments within our regional Cancer Centre. We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic people with good communication skills to join our busy team. Previous experience would be beneficial.
