Insurance Recruiter - London Market & Home Counties
We are currently handling an exciting assignment on behalf of a very well-known brand within the insurance market.
The appointee to this position will run the office with the support of their management team whilst being responsible for performance, growth and success. They will partner with the Managing Directors/P&L owners to ensure that new business and renewal strategies, outputs and day-to-day operations support the achievement of business targets.
Experience Required:
* Experience working with multiple senior stakeholders, with a proven ability to build solid, long-lasting relationships in a high-pressure, multi-task environment.
* Highly organised, with experience overseeing or managing day-to-day corporate operations.
* Experience running a large team (ideally sales or tele-sales team).
* Demonstrable competency in strategic thinking, planning and execution.
* Strong leadership abilities with high levels of personal integrity.
* Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
