We are seeking a Retail Shift Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards and driving business success.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organised individual with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for motivating your team, managing store operations, and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
