A good client of ours based in Harlow are looking for a Scheduler You'll be an integral part of the Admin/Scheduling team. Responsibilities include: Scheduling of jobs, so national geographical knowledge and previous experience is required Accepting incoming new-job requests via phone or email Liaising with Engineers & Project Managers Calling customers to book appointments and raising job sheets Answering emails and phone call queries relating to all aspects of client’s requirements Assisting with any other admin tasks, as required This is a ASAP start -so ideally someone who is on no notice or very little notice due to the urgency.
