Automotive Service Manager required in Lincoln
Salary: up to £38,000 + OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - no weekends
Our client, an expanding and progressive Automotive Service Centre, is now recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the Service Department, maximizing profit alongside nurturing the staff and their development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the service team to ensure outstanding customer service and efficient operations.
2. Oversee the scheduling of service appointments and workflow in the garage.
3. Ensure effective communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain high standards of inventory management and parts ordering.
6. Implement and monitor performance metrics to continually improve service delivery.
