About the role Our Intermediary Development team have the opportunity to join them as an Administration Team Manager (Mortgages) on a 9 month FTC. The successful applicant will inspire, lead and develop a team of administrators to ensure that we meet our internal and external SLA's whilst providing a best in class service to our Intermediary partners. Working collaboratively with another Administration Team Manager to achieve this through planning the daily strategy, allocating work effectively and being quick to adapt your approach if required and when required. This role will identify any improvements to process or procedure that could improve the broker and customer experience without increasing the Society's exposure to risk.
