You’ll enjoy a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, managing your own diary and choosing when to meet your apprentices in person. What You'll Do:
* Inspire and Teach: Use your early years expertise to train apprentices both in their early years settings and online.
* Develop Future Talent: Engage with new apprentices to understand their goals and learning needs and guide their development.
* Functional Skills: Guide apprentices in the importance of English and maths in their role.
* Employer Collaboration: Build relationships with employers, providing feedback on apprentice progress.
* Plan and Organise: Manage your schedule from home, utilising Google Suite and internal systems for smooth administration.
About You We’re looking for passionate Early Years professionals eager to share their knowledge and make a difference in the industry. To excel in this role, you’ll need:
* Strong experience in Nursery settings.
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or similar).
* Comfort with technology for virtual training and administration.
* Willingness to work towards Level 2 (GCSE) English and maths, with support provided.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for regional travel.
