Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time In-Store Display Assistant to join our Visual Merchandising team, based in and responsible for the following location: Tamworth, West Midlands.
Please note that this role is for 20.5 hours per week.
As an In-Store Display Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a visually inspiring shopping environment for the NEXT customer. You will implement Head Office VM Guidelines to a high level, supporting and developing store teams along the way.
About the role:
Managing Store Layouts:
1. Deliver the best visual merchandising standards at all times, within your designated stores.
2. Adapt the layouts to suit individual store layouts and stock packages.
3. Ensure fixtures, layouts, and customer navigation are maintained.
4. Analyse space management and best sellers to support layout decisions.
5. Plan and communicate phase changes onto store planograms.
6. Support phase change shifts in your designated stores.
7. Ensure all marketing, graphics, and props are correct and relevant.
Stock Management:
1. Ensure stock rotation and replenishment to maximise sales.
2. Maintain a safe working environment for customers and colleagues by complying with store H&S guidelines.
Communication:
1. Work alongside and forge good working relationships with in-store staff and managers.
2. Agree on priorities regularly with Regional Lead and store manager.
3. Provide feedback on phase and stock issues to line managers and the mock shop teams.
4. Work in conjunction with the in-store display team.
5. Control, manage, and order marketing items where necessary.
6. Attend Head Office monthly for phase change updates to be communicated.

3. Personal drive, motivation, and resilience.
4. Good analytical, planning, and time management skills.
5. Ability to work on your own initiative, independently or as part of a group.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Can perform general manual handling duties and tasks, including lifting, carrying, using ladders, etc.
8. Hold a full and clean UK driving licence.
9. Ability to travel to other stores/locations where required.
