Job Title: Bank Supported Living Worker (242039)
Location: Maryport, Cumbria
Working Hours: Flexible, hours to suit you
Pay: £12.00 per hour, £50 per sleep-in shift, plus great benefits

Typical Responsibilities:
1. Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence and achieve the goals documented in their support plans.
2. Helping customers with daily living activities such as meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy, and moving onto independent accommodation.
3. Supporting customers to attend appointments, participate in hobbies, and attend college or work.
4. Providing personal care and medication support as outlined in their support plan.
5. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and regular reviews.
6. Engaging in friendly conversations and building relationships with customers.
7. Ensuring you have the necessary support while working.
What You Bring:
1. A Level 2 Health and Social Care Certificate or willingness to work towards it.
2. A passion for supporting customers to live their best lives with attention to detail.
3. Experience in caring for others, whether professionally or personally.
4. Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and maintain resilience.
5. A flexible approach, listening to customers to understand their unique needs.
Additional Job Details:
1. We pay £50 per sleep-in shift.
2. Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, mandatory learning, and communication with colleagues.
3. An Enhanced DBS check is required, which we will cover the cost for.
