Job Details We are looking for a highly skilled and committed Information Assistant to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service to the Assessor Service. The postholder will undertake various administrative tasks associated with the functions of the Assessor Service. Working as part of a team providing administrative and information support, the postholder will undertake various duties including data input / retrieval, document processing, scanning, filing, producing professional office documents, utilising IT systems to ensure accurate data is captured, dealing with telephone enquiries, photocopying, scanning and a variety of related administrative procedures. The role involves dealing with the public by telephone, responding to internal and external customers and providing information on valuation for Rating and Council Tax purposes. You are required to have a high level of interpersonal skills and abilities which will enable you to work as a member of a team to ensure positive outcomes for the team and Service. Experience of working with minimum supervision in an environment of change and challenge. The Person You are required to have a minimum of qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g National 4, Standard grades at General Level or O Grades C and above).
