We have an exciting opportunity for a Creator/Influencer - Community Manager to join our UK team in London, to lead the growth and engagement of a large and active community of Creators or Influencers to work with brands on TRIBE’s marketplace platform, creating user generated content (UGC) to effectively support the brands’ demands and personality. This role lives and breathes all things digital, social media, influencer and content marketing and data analytics. Excellent relationship and PR management skills are essential in being successful. Responsibilities Executing and implementing strategies for TRIBE Creators or Influencers in the region. Participate in commercial operations, from pre-sale to execution, working with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Campaign Managers to win and retain clients. Develop initiatives to connect with the creator community to gain a deep understanding of Creators’ /Influencers' experiences, priorities and goals. Strategically engage, build and maintain relationships with new Creators or Influencers, and Talent Managers in line with regional requirements and market feedback. Source, on-board and train creators, providing on-going support and development in-line with client/brands needs, trends and opportunities. Be the main point of contact for creators ir influencers and creator/influencer related queries in the region and responsible for addressing any questions or needs in a timely manner. Regularly monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs and Community-led processes to measure impact and iterate activity accordingly. Manage day-to-day multi-channel engagement across social media, email, push notifications etc. to activate influencers to submit to brands’ campaigns on TRIBE. Qualifications & skills Tertiary studies in Communications, Media and/or Marketing 3 years of startup/scale up experience, preferably gained in the social media space, with proven track record in building a thriving community 12 months experience working with and managing influencers/creators to deliver on campaigns with a thorough understanding of influencer marketing, content and social media marketing Excellent project management skills Experienced in LEAN environments, knowledge of scrum and/or kanban A data driven mindset, with proven experience in tracking, analysing, reporting and presenting insights Valid rights to work it the UK.
