Employment Law Solicitor - Cardiff
We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join this dynamic employment law team in Cardiff on a hybrid basis. As the successful Employment Law Solicitor, you will be joining a top tier employment law team and get involved in a high quality of employment law work.
Role:
* Managing a caseload of employment law - both contentious and non-contentious.
* Acting mainly for respondents.
* Conducting negotiations, settlement agreements, and representing clients in employment tribunal cases.
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
* Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development activities.
Qualifications:
* You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in employment law.
* Be able to show solid experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, ideally for respondent clients.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
