Our client is looking for a member for their operations team. Responsibilities include raising customer purchase orders in SAGE, issuing order acknowledgements to customers, and compiling internal works instruction packs. Assist in logistics administration duties to support the dispatching of goods to customers within the UK & abroad. Completion of internal purchase orders in SAGE Accounts 50. Assist with goods in documentation and perform reception duties as required. Ensure good housekeeping in areas of work. There is potential to assist with packing of goods and assembling boxes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in order processing or a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment. Proficiency in SAGE Accounts 50. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Excel. Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively with others.
