Job summary - To assist the Head of Financial Management in the provision of an expert financial management service to the trust and to the finance team with relation to business planning, monthly reporting, internal reporting and external returns.- To assist and be responsible for elements for the trusts internal and external reporting on a monthly basis, including the production of information, cost and income analysis, forecasting and the presentation of this information.- To produce the monthly Board reports and analytical analysis as required by the Senior Management team within the Finance department.- To support the production of the Long Term Financial Plan (LTFM) and maintain the procedural files for the financial management department.- To support senior finance staff in the delivery of corporate tasks and objectives. Main duties of the job To lead the production of monthly financial information, income and expenditure, for designated areas and reports.To ensure financial adjustments input by the transaction teams are accurate and to make any further required financial adjustments.To analyse income and expenditure variances for both internal and external reporting.
