Positioned within the People team, this role will support the Senior Talent Manager to identify and assess talent across the Group. This includes managing our Talent Review processes, succession planning, and career development. The role will also involve reviewing and analysing data to support talent activity, contributing to the overall Talent strategy and supporting Currys’ transformation agenda.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing tools and processes that support future talent pipelines, succession, engagement, and retention demonstrating clear ROI.
* Working with the Talent Manager to create and develop successor development plans.
* Reviewing and analysing talent data to support Board and ExCo Talent Reviews.
* Providing data insights to inform future talent activity.
* Managing the execution of executive assessments and feedback instrumentation e.g. 360.
* Supporting and driving our career strategy ensuring it is aligned to the colleague promise (e.g., EVP).
* Continually reviewing and evaluating talent processes to ensure alignment with our people plan.
* Ensuring Currys is maximising its supplier relationships in the Talent space.
You will need:
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Talent role.
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Educated to BA level or equivalent.
* Strong drive for results.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Confidence in analysing and translating data into meaningful insights.
* Good understanding of systems and technology / digitally savvy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, works well across different groups.
* Demonstrated agility and flexibility for adapting to changing circumstances.
