Role Overview:
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant/LSA
Location: Primary Schools in Southampton
Hours: Full Time OR Part Time (Typically 08:30 - 15:30, with some flexibility)
Pay: £12.83 - £13.05 per hour (Term-time only)

Your Key Responsibilities:
Support Students with SEN: Work one-on-one or in small groups to provide tailored assistance to students with various learning needs.
Create an Inclusive Learning Environment: Help build a classroom atmosphere where all students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to learn.
Collaborate with Educators: Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement learning strategies.
Track Progress: Assist in monitoring student development and adjust support methods to meet their needs.
