1. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve service and revenue targets, making significant contributions to our overall success.
2. Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely renewal payments through various communication channels.
3. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers through written and verbal contact.
4. Build strong working relationships within client accounts, maximizing 'buy-in' potential through regular contact.
5. Identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, pass qualified leads to relevant areas, and oversee their progress.
6. Utilize internal and external databases to research and establish business needs for clients.
7. Develop and implement individual account strategies to exceed client expectations.
8. Manage time effectively to accomplish all tasks, including visits, calls, and research & development efforts.
9. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all account details in CRM systems.
10. Produce regular reports for internal sales meetings, contributing to team success.
Skills and qualifications:
* A' level education or equivalent, with GCSE level C or above in English and Mathematics.
* Proven experience in selling/account management via telephone, including negotiation and objection handling.
* Proficiency in using internal database systems and internet search engines for effective research.
* Outstanding customer service skills, with a drive to consistently exceed expectations.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets within given deadlines.
* Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Word/Excel, and PowerPoint.
