We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Product Manager. The base location for the role is Edinburgh.

Manage the Receivables Portfolio of Products and build a strategy to ensure all Products have adequate investment and propositions which no longer make commercial sense have a thorough demise plan. Products owned are Including but not limited to; Payer Identification, Virtual Account Management : Single and Multi:Entity, Virtual Presence, Receivables Management Services.

Create defined Business Requirements to obtain new investment to enhance existing Product functionality in line with competitor offering.
:
Support commercialisation and Sales teams on Strategic RFP conversations and deals, to ensure the deal team put together a compelling proposal to help win the business.
:
Manage Product Governance across various risk forums, ensuring a clear understanding and alignment across FCC, RC, Legal, Tax and other Risk stewards.
:
Set, manage and review the Product Strategy for all Receivables Products in Europe. Setting prices for the products and clear Communication with clients and internal stakeholders and regulators (if required for notification or approval). Documenting product artefacts, billing for the products in use.

Represent HSBC at key Cash Management/Industry events and client forums
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Relevant experience working in commercial or transaction banking functions with solid expertise in payments products and with exposure to Industry groups.

Ability to build and manage complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and communication skills

Familiarity with project management methodologies and product life cycle

Ability to understand customers needs and designing propositions/ solutions.

Experience of writing reports and presenting to committees
