A great opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Manager within our Capital Estates and & Facilities Broadmoor Hospital, Crowthorne. The post holder will assist the Head of Estates & Facilities in the development of robust Facilities management processes to enable the provision of rationalised, efficient, customer focused and high quality facilities services.
The post holder will have overall responsibility for the operations supporting the delivery of all patient and non-patient hospital domestic, transport, portering, receipt and distribution, waste and grounds and gardening services across the Broadmoor estate.
The post-holder will provide specialist management, advice and support on soft services across the Broadmoor sites, with focus on patient safety, clinician satisfaction and wherever possible cost efficiencies.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Manager to provide excellent leadership for the department.
To have delegated responsibility for the management, co-ordination and monitoring of building maintenance activities using both directly employed labour and contractual services to ensure the estate is maintained in such a condition that it fulfils its functions effectively, safely, economically and efficiently, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and trust policies.
