Our client is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to work in one of their premium sites in East London. Working as a Chef Manager you will be fully responsible for the food-led operation, serving up to 200 customers per day in the staff restaurant for breakfast & lunch and a small hospitality offer. As well as being able to produce food to the highest standard you will also be responsible for managing a team of 8 staff that includes a Kitchen Assistant, & 2 Baristas.
You will manage of all aspects of the day to day operation including client meetings, creating menus, financials, ordering, and stocktaking. Having an overall understanding of the back office operation is also essential to this role as Chef Manager.
It is essential that the successful candidate has at least 1 years previous Chef Manager experience in Business and Industry.
