This opportunity is in relation to a large New Build development, with an end product being a multi storey Office Block.
My client are looking for an experienced Design Lead or Senior Design Manager, capable of overseeing the Pre-Construction and Design elements of the scheme, as well as an associated Design / Technical team.
The ideal candidate for the role will have extensive Tier 1 / Main Contractor experience and where possible proven work history across major projects.
