We have an opportunity for an Assistant to join our forward-thinking and fast paced People & Culture team, initially on a fixed term basis. This role will involve providing an efficient and reliable administration and support service to the People & Culture team and the wider company of circa 300 co-owners across the company’s offices in the UK and Ireland.
The role
As an Assistant in the People and Culture team, you will take ownership of administration associated with the entire employee lifecycle. The role will predominantly involve working on recruitment; liaising with our teams, posting adverts, reviewing CVs, carrying out research and arranging interviews. Additionally, the role will oversee the new starter processes; preparing offer and contract paperwork, completing pre-employment checks, updating the HR database and other records in line with GDPR. You will also provide assistance on broader People & Culture matters such as performance and development processes, leaver processing, dealing with routine HR/benefit queries and supporting the company’s inclusion and diversity goals.
