Job Description: In this role, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the students. Providing 1:1 and small group support. Building strong relationships with students to establish trust and rapport. Promoting positive behaviour management techniques and strategies. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student learning. Creating a safe and nurturing atmosphere where students can thrive academically and emotionally. While no specific qualifications may be required for this role, having a background in education, psychology, or related fields can be advantageous.
