Want to be part of a rapidly growing organisation?

Have previous Practice Nurse experience?
If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse who is competent in holistic practice nurse skills, including cervical smear taking, baby/adult immunisations, and wound care. Our three Practices are progressive and fast-paced places to work, and we care for a diverse population of patients.
The function of the Practice Nurse is evolving within General Practice settings. Acknowledging this shift, we are in the process of creating a new advancement pathway for our Practice Nurses. This initiative aims to enhance clinical abilities and allows Nurses to specialise in managing specific long-term conditions, ultimately leading to the designation of Advanced Practice Nurse alongside an improved pay scale. Part of this advancement will involve training in prescription authorisation, among other educational opportunities designed to foster growth and development in their roles.
We will also consider applications from nurses who are not Practice Nurse trained but who are able to work autonomously, have excellent team working skills, and a can-do attitude.
