Job Description
Training Coordinator required by this professional services organisation to oversee the implementation and maintenance of their Learning Management System. It will play a pivotal role in the development of the training programmes for staff across the organisation.
Ideally you will come from a background where you can demonstrate the following experience -
* Developed engaging and effective training content, tailored to specific needs via collaboration with different areas of the business
* Deliver training sessions across a range of topics, including compliance, IT Systems use, inductions
* Ensuring all training materials are up to date and accessible
* Monitor and report on training activity within a LMS
* Conduct regular assessments of training requirements across the business
* Excellent LMS and E-learning tools
* GDPR, AML and other regulatory topics will be beneficial
* Any legal sector experience will also be beneficial
