Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving both our B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting our sales team. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing our digital presence, and developing engaging content to attract and retain customers. Key Responsibilities: Acting as chief brand ambassador for our two hero brands SelectaDNA and BikeRegister Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Planning, setting up, and attending exhibitions. Managing and delivering annual conferences. Creating and maintaining marketing collateral. Collaborating with sales and business development to design and execute lead generation campaigns. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. Creating compelling content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, and press releases. Managing and optimizing our social media channels and website to increase engagement and traffic. Managing and working closely with third party suppliers and consultants including our branding and design agency Supporting our growing portfolio of international distributors and partners around the world with the latest marketing collateral Monthly monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters and/or Mini MBA in Marketing preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the security or technology sector. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, SEO and PPC. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc.). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Extremely well-organised, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and be a completer/finisher. Use of own car for occasional business use, and a current valid UK driving licence. Energy and enthusiasm to support the sales team at exhibitions and conferences.
