Your Role as an Audit and Accounts Semi OR Senior
* Lead a mix of audit and accounts work, collaborating closely with managers and partners.
* Support and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Work on a 50-60% not-for-profits and 40-50% commercial client split, allowing you to gain specialist expertise.
What We’re Looking For
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or studying - study support will be offered to continue qualification, with experience in audit and accounts preparation.
* Strong technical knowledge and an understanding of reporting standards.
* A proactive, organised mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
* The confidence to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team.
* Experience with not-for-profits (e.g., charities or academies) is desirable—but not essential, as full training will be provided.
