Estates Building Manager
Lancashire Constabulary are looking for an Estates Building Manager to work within the Estates and Facilities Management Division based at Hutton Headquarters.
As an Estates Building Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and development for the Estates function within the Constabulary in support of its strategic aims and objectives, ensuring service delivery is fit for operational purposes, aligned to customer needs and provided in a cost effective and efficient way.
You will be responsible for leading positive cultural change across the workforce and ensuring that the Standards of Professional behaviours are embedded.
Eligible applicants must possess a degree in Business or Facilities Management or equivalent qualification. Must possess a qualification in relevant Health & Safety area e.g. NEBOSH or IOSH. Must have a membership of a recognised professional body e.g. RICS, CIOB or BIFM. Must have evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
