A company in the metallurgical industry specializing in manufacturing professional kitchen equipment is seeking to hire an Area Manager to oversee and develop commercial operations in the United Kingdom.
The main objective of the position is to lead commercial strategies in the region, foster strong relationships with distributors and clients, and ensure the achievement of sales and market growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive management of the assigned region (United Kingdom), including market analysis and the establishment of commercial strategies.
• Identifying new business opportunities in the UK market by analyzing trends, market segments, and customer needs.
• Building strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with distributors and major accounts.
• Participating in trade shows, events, and business meetings to promote the company’s products and strengthen its market positioning.
• Monitoring sales performance and designing actions to meet established objectives.
• Tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and market share.
• Preparing periodic reports on market trends, distributor performance, and competitor activities.
Required Profile:
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial or management roles preferably in the industrial or professional equipment sector.
• Advanced English proficiency, equivalent to C1-C2. Additional language skills will be an advantage.
• Expertise in key account management and commercial expansion strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and results-oriented skills.
• Willingness to reside in the United Kingdom and to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
