Opportunity for an HR Administrator with a public service provider in North London.
This is a busy role that requires a confident and proactive individual who can effectively support business needs. 5 days per week on site initially, with flexibility to reduce to 4 days after an initial settling in period.
Some of the areas you will be involved in include:
First point of contact for HR queries
Employee lifecycle
Recruitment
On and off boarding
Administering employment changes
Updating and managing the HR database
Processing leave requests
Skills required:
Ability to manage multiple inboxes
Experience in recruitment support
Competency in generating basic reports and analytics
Familiarity with Learning & Development systems
Proficiency in on boarding processes
CIPD qualification an advantage
Immediate start preferred.
