This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a sharp eye for detail, exceptional technical expertise, and a passion for delivering precise, high-quality artwork across print and digital formats. As a key member of our creative production team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all design assets are accurately prepared for final delivery, maintaining consistency across brand materials, and upholding the highest production standards within quick turnarounds. While there will be opportunities to work on a variety of projects, the primary focus of this role is on template-based design processing and adaptations for recruitment adverts, finished art support, print management, and graphic layout execution rather than original concept development. This is a role for someone who thrives in structured workflows, enjoys refining and perfecting designs, and takes pride in producing pixel-perfect, print-ready, and digital-ready artwork. You will work closely with designers, account managers, and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of creative assets, making an essential contribution to the efficiency and quality of our output. Your role: Using Adobe Creative Suite to produce final artwork for our range of employer marketing clients. This includes: Formatting proofed client copy into client ad templates for print or digital media; Supplying draft advertising proofs to client services contact for review and approval (ensuring accurate details are recorded media, size, cost, insertion dates etc); Ensuring any client amends requested are actioned and returned efficiently and with accuracy; Obtaining the required written approval for all advertising job bags; Working with the rest of the team on a daily basis to ensure client approval is secured this is achieved through monitoring the workflow. Working closely with other team members to ensure that all advertising requests are managed successfully. This is achieved by diligent use of the workflow and close communication with team members to any significant changes in ad requests (size, dates, media, cancellations etc). Support the client services team members in identifying new upsell opportunities. Use of email for client ad proofing and approvals. Build of Google and social display assets from templated design. Employer branding design and finished art support this includes, but not exclusively, the design and development of digital display campaigns and candidate information booklets. Finished Art support to studio team as and when required. Image sourcing and purchase of imagery for employer marketing advertising campaigns as and when required. Finished Art support on tender submissions including design of case studies and infographics. Sound administration skills and operation of Employer Marketing workflow. Update and maintenance of newspaper and magazine column dimensions and digital specs. Supporting the Studio Manager on print buying and artworking across the advertising portfolio Any other ad hoc activities as required. Essential: Were looking for someone with expertise in design graphic who excels in delivering results and working collaboratively. Ideally, youll bring: Proven experience (3 years) in graphic design, sound typographical and visualisation skills. Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, (After Effects and Animate desirable). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Managing multiple projects across a range of media, to deadline and budget alongside Studio Management and other departments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within tight timescales.
