What You'll Do:
* Customer Ownership: Manage the complete 'order-to-delivery' process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Data Management: Maintain the customer pricing matrix and ensure all sales orders are processed correctly.
* Communication: Provide daily support to customers, handling inquiries and building strong relationships.
* Despatch Coordination: Process orders, arrange deliveries or collections, and confirm shipments.
* System Oversight: Manage ERP system for order processing, stock management, and forecasting.
* Performance Support: Assist the Customer Service & Despatch Manager with KPI analysis, root cause evaluation, and driving improvement initiatives.
* Reporting: Create and maintain trackers, reports, and accurate forecasts for seamless operations.
