· Head of Customer Success
· £55k base + £10k OTE
· Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
Our client is a market leader within the HealthCare Tech sector offering a digital solution to support the Health and Social Care sectors.
This is a truly exciting time to join the business as they have recently gone through an acquisition and are rapidly expanding which brings a huge amount of opportunity within the business.
As Head of Customer Success, you will be doing:
· Leading, hiring and developing a team of Customer Success Managers
· Track, forecast and drive KPI’s
· Upselling and expansion
· Building and maintaining relationships
· The main point of contact for product expertise and escalations
· Working very closely with the telesales team
As a Head of Customer Success, you will need the following experience:
· 5+ years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
· Experience of implementing digital strategies at scale
· Team management.
· Experience of working closely with products teams
What you’ll get in return for your talents:
