Store and distribute goods safely, keeping storage areas clean, organised, and well-labelled, including cold rooms. Liaise with suppliers and teams, resolving discrepancies, following up on credit notes, and maintaining smooth communication with chefs and department heads. Maintain high hygiene and safety standards, following Fire Safety, Health & Safety, and Food Safety regulations while monitoring fridge temperatures via T-Scan. Support back-of-house operations, assisting where needed to ensure efficiency and organisation. What We’re Looking For: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem solver, with good communication skills. Computer literacy and prior experience with Adaco is preferred. Physically fit, comfortable with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Flexible with working hours &40;7am-3pm, with some weekend and bank holiday cover as needed&41;.
