What we can offer you; 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays Access to our company pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing; Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments Maintain records of surplus food to animal feed production and also stock inventory Compile reports on production metrics, quality control, and sustainability Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll administration Manage databases for suppliers, customers, and regulatory compliance Support HR tasks, including employee records and training coordination Act as first point of contact for inquiries and handle basic customer/supplier relations Ensure regulatory compliance, including documentation for audits, certifications, and safety protocols What we're looking for; Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Experience with data management and reporting Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Discretion in handling confidential information Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Understanding of basic principles of sustainability and waste management Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial settings What's next?
