Location: Bristol
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £64,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid Working: 2-3 days per week on-site

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing project health, ensuring issues and risks are identified and addressed.
* Driving schedule assessment, validating project timelines and milestones.
* Managing integrated baselines, ensuring projects stay on track.
* Conducting cost analysis, validating project expenditure and forecasts.
* Leading schedule risk analysis (SRA) to mitigate potential project setbacks.
* Supporting new business bids, ensuring solid project management foundations are in place.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in project planning and control.
* Ability to create and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS, CBS, OBS).
* Strong analytical skills, particularly in critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and earned value management (EVM).
* Experience using project management tools such as SAP, ARM, Primavera, or Oracle Unifier.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in risk and opportunity management.
* Understanding of resource-loaded schedules and forecasting techniques.
* Familiarity with change control and baseline management.
