The role
* Provide exceptional customer service – be the main point of contact for customers in your sector, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
* Manage customer orders and quotations – process orders accurately with a ‘right first time’ mentality, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.
* Handle customer queries and complaints – act as an advocate for customers, resolving issues quickly and effectively while maintaining high service standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams – liaise with Marketing, Technical Services, Operations, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records – ensure all customer interactions, orders, and pricing information are documented in line with company and regulatory standards.
* Monitor and report issues – escalate customer or system concerns to the Regional Accounts Team Leader in a timely manner.
The Person
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively.
* Experience with CRM systems (preferred, but training provided).
* A proactive and customer-first mindset.
* High commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office & MS Teams).
