Job summary The Clinical Lead for Endoscopy reports to the Medical Director works alongside the Director of Operations and Director of Nursing as advocate for the Group and Subject Matter Expert in all matters relating to the provision of insourced Endoscopy activity. The Clinical Lead provides leadership to all Consultants within the speciality, and is responsible for exacting clinical standards and care provision. Main duties of the job Act as clinical lead and subject matter expert across Endoscopy insourced services, including advice and input to operational planning of new contracts, to ensure that they are assessed, staffed, implemented, and executed successfully. Promote and advocate for the company within clinical networks and wider, to maximise opportunities for business development, and engagement with existing and potential customers, partners, and clinicians.
