Job Description
Job duties for the Customer Service Advisor are:
* Dealing with customer queries – Telephone and email
* Logging / updating customer calls and progress on their CRM
* Handling quotes as well as quote follow ups
* Order processing
* Chasing orders, dealing with delivery queries and returns
* Applying updates to customers regarding products and pricing
* Working closely with their purchasing team to ensure customer expectations are met
* Proactively work with customers to maximise sales
* Ability to calmly deal with client queries and concerns with high levels of professionalism and creatively coming up with solutions to their problems.
