Facilities/Workplace Manager
Boden Group are delighted to be working with one of our existing clients again who are a top FTSE 250 tech firm to support the recruitment of a Workplace Facilities Manager based in their London office.
What will you be doing?
Manage and deliver vibrant, engaging workplaces that reflect a fun and friendly spirit. Ensure the effective running of our fantastic new London Office, home to around 350 employees.
What are we looking for in a successful applicant?
We are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role managing either an office space or building and have been involved in both hard and soft services. This role will be more soft services and would suit someone from office management as long as you have had exposure to true TFM. The business culture and office environment is casual and would suit someone who prefers this type of environment as opposed to strictly corporate.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee FM-related operational activities with third-party service providers and in-house teams
* Develop strong relationships with employees and key business stakeholders
* Assist in delivering engaging, employee-focused events
* Manage local office projects including events, moves, and minor refurbishments
Requirements
* Membership or Associate Membership of IWFM (desirable)
* Accreditation with IOSH and/or NEBOSH (desirable)
* Proven experience in Facilities Management at a management level
* Expertise in Procurement and Tender Processes
